As with all of our YMCA youth care and enrichment opportunities, our Before & After Care program is specifically designed to meet the developmental characteristics and needs of the youth we serve. Program directors are mindful that children develop greatly during school years and activities are geared accordingly, from help with homework to simply “blowing off steam.” The YMCA is a trusted partner with a proven track record.

Our YMCA of Coastal Georgia’s Before & After Care program houses your child in the morning (transports them to their designated schools) and transports them from their school to the Y in the afternoon. Each branch varies in school locations. Every program provides time for homework, a small snack and various artist and educational activities while your child waits to be picked up. We also offer Pre-Kindergarten Before & After Care at various branches. Parents will have peace of mind knowing their child is having safe and fun care before and after school.
