Want to master lifetime pace setting healthy goals?

This 6 week challenge is designed to help you get into the best shape and keep  it for life! This small group training is lead by Personal Trainer & Group Exercise extraordinaire, Sheena! She will keep you motivated from Start to finish!

  

This 6 week challenge Includes :

  • Goal setting 
  • Meal “guidance” 
  • Weekly check ins 
  • 2 in person training sessions (weekly) 
  • 3 at home workout sessions (weekly) 

This 6 week challenge has  2 Groups at a  maximum of 10 participants. You can sign up for the Morning Group or the Evening Group.

Meeting Times:

Morning crew: Monday and Thursday 8:30 am 

Evening crew: Monday and Wednesday 6:30 pm

Moms, join us at the Y on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a 45 minute full body workout! Each class will include a walk or jog around the fitness track with frequent breaks to perform various strength training exercises utilizing your stroller, bleachers, and resistance bands.

WHAT: A 6-week exercise program with a personal trainer and exercise behavioral consultant instructing a group of women on the importance of strength training in the female population, proper use of equipment, exercise forms, and addressing specific barriers women may face to strength training.

 

WHO: Any and all women interested in learning more about weight training techniques and/or overcoming obstacles to weight training.

 

WHEN: MONDAY & WEDNESDAY evenings, from 6:30 – 7:30PM, starting 3/16

 

WHERE: Meeting in the main Conference Room – will then travel to designated workout room together
